The China International Digital Economy Expo is the only national-level expo in China approved by the Central Committee of the Communist Party and the State Council that is specifically focused on the digital economy. It is co-hosted by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission, and the People’s Government of Hebei Province. The expo has been successfully held for three sessions and has become an international event leading the development of the digital economy. It serves as a national-level platform for showcasing the latest achievements in the digital economy and a world-class platform for global exchange and cooperation in the digital economy. China International Digital Economy Expo 2023 is scheduled to be held in September at the Shijiazhuang (Zhengding) International Exhibition Center. Considering the strategic significance of the expo and the importance of market-oriented development, we are now openly soliciting partners from around the world.

I、Solicitation Period

From June 20, 2023, to July 31, 2023

II、Solicitation Contents

The expo plans to recruit one global outstanding partner, three to five strategic partners, five to ten senior partners, several partners and other specialized partners. These partners are expected to provide funding, physical resources, technology, or related services to the expo. The solicitation content includes but is not limited to the following products, technologies, and services:

1.Guest services: reception vehicles, etiquette services, beverages, etc.

2.Service support: catering services, epidemic prevention materials, safety protection equipment, clothing and apparel, office services, etc.

3.Service operations: conference systems, security inspection systems, legal consultation, insurance services, communication services, postal services, etc.

4.Promotional souvenirs: cultural and creative products, promotional items, customized electronic products, small household appliances, specialty gifts, etc.

5.Media promotion resources: online and offline media resources, shopping mall advertising resources, etc.

III、Eligibility Requirements

1.Applicants must be willing to provide funding, physical resources, technology, or related services to the expo.

2.Applicants must have strong financial strength and the ability to independently provide the above-mentioned products and services.

3.Applicants must have good commercial reputation and social image.

4.Applicants should participate in the solicitation either with a combination of funds and physical resources/technology/services, or with a single category of product or service.

5.Applicants must comply with the application requirements for the solicitation.

IV、Application and Evaluation

1.Registration

(1) Submit the Application Form.

(2) Submit a photocopy of the company’s business license (stamped with an official seal), photocopies of the identity cards of the legal representative and the authorized representative, and other relevant qualification materials.

(3)Applicants should upload the above materials on the official website (https://www.cidee-zd.cn/) before July 31, 2023, and contact the Secretariat of CIDEE Executive Committee for confirmation.

2.Qualification Review

The Secretariat of the Expo Executive Committee will review the application materials of the registered organizations and organize experts to evaluate the qualified organizations.

3.Agreement Signing

The working organization entrusted by the Expo Executive Committee will sign the 2023 China International Digital Economy Expo Cooperation Agreement with the applicants.

V、Rights of Investment Promotion Agency

The organizing committee has completed the solicitation of investment promotion agencies. After expert evaluation, seven companies have been authorized to openly solicit partners for the expo worldwide. Within the scope of the market-oriented operation of the expo, these agencies will be responsible for market-oriented cooperation negotiations. They will determine the specific rights of the partners according to the expo’s provisions and assist in signing cooperation agreements. Under the unified leadership of the Expo Executive Committee, they will assist in implementing the rights of the partners.
